The Rabkin family of Crown Heights celebrated the completion of a new Torah of Tuesday, dedicated by their mother Mrs. Shoshana Rabkin in memory of her parents and siblings. The Torah was escorted with joyous singing and dancing to the small zal in 770, where hakafos were held.
